How To Apply To Your Car
The tint is made of an adhesive film, which means all you need to do is apply the tint to the car’s window, with no special equipment on hand.

After that, you can pull one corner of the tint’s protective layers to expose the adhesive. You will be given a spray solution. Medical Exemption
Wyoming state does allow medical exemptions for a darker tint, and a certificate is issued if you qualify. To apply for a medical exemption, a person must obtain a signed statement from a physician or optometrist, declaring a darker tint medically necessary. This doctor must be licensed to practice in the state of Wyoming. A certificate will then be issued by the Wyoming Department of Transport. This must be kept in the vehicle at all times, and produced upon request.
A medical exemption is valid for as long as the symptoms persist, or until the vehicle is sold.
